Who issues virtual assets?

I'm a shareholder in a parent company, and that company was recently delisted... So the shareholders are joining together to file a class action lawsuit over charges of breach of trust, accounting fraud, and stock price manipulation. In relation to this, can we ask a specialized attorney to handle the accounting analysis on our behalf? I'm wondering about the litigation costs and procedures.
