We're in the import sales business. While making a product detail page, features and designs not actually on the product were included on the detail page, and we got reported for false advertising. LSD is a strong regulated substance classified under category (a) of psychotropic drugs, and the punishment level varies greatly depending on the related act.

If you manufacture, export/import, possess, or own raw materials with the purpose of manufacturing LSD, Article 58 of the Act on the Control of Narcotics applies, and a heavy sentence of life imprisonment or imprisonment of 5 years or more may be imposed.

On the other hand, if you used LSD or provided transportation to assist in use, under Article 60 of the same Act, imprisonment of up to 10 years or a fine of up to 100 million won is possible.
