I signed a real estate purchase contract and paid the full amount, but they're not transferring ownership. If the ownership isn't transferred even after I've paid the full real estate purchase price, can I file an ownership transfer registration lawsuit? Common-law marriage refers to a state in which a marriage registration has not been made, but the parties live together socially as a married couple.
